That is why we solemnly commit that 5% of every connection made with Lumenara flows into the Lumenara Light Cycle Fund, dedicated to supporting our long-term partner in Bangladesh, Chetona—a non-political, non-profit voluntary organization founded in 1999. For over two decades, Chetona has worked to empower marginalized communities, especially women, through financial inclusion, education, health, and environmental programs.

This light crosses mountains and seas to reach women’s artisan workshops across rural Bangladesh. It is more than support—it is a way of seeing: seeing the creativity and quiet brilliance held within their hands. May this light become a resilient thread as they weave their futures, supporting every woman’s independence and dignity, so that individual growth may one day converge into a dawn that illuminates the collective.
